Chats are answered in English and French, Monday to Friday from 2pm-9pm ET by the same friendly, highly-trained information and referral specialists who provide 211 phone and 21166 texting services.

The aim of these new services is to make it even easier and more convenient to access information on over 60,000 community, health, social and related government programs and services in Ontario.
