Organizational Development is a process in which structural changes are made as part of a broader learning, monitoring, and evaluation framework that responds to and anticipates the evolving needs of an organization. Inherent in this process is the act of leveraging resources in a sustainable manner to positively impact and benefit stakeholders.

Serving Youth in Newcomer Communities

The Serving Youth in Newcomer Communities (SYNC) course will engage participants from across Ontario who are working with newcomer youth through a series of interactive modules. The course will build on essential foundational concepts and take an anti-oppressive, youth-centred, trauma-informed approach to better equip service providers working with newcomer youth populations.

Training for Employment Support Services (TESS)

This FREE course is designed to provide settlement service providers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to understand and address the needs, challenges and opportunities for clients seeking employment. Ultimately, the goal of this course is to prepare learners to provide excellent employment-related services, support, referrals and advocacy to immigrants, refugees and all/any migrants, by understanding the big issues that impact migrant communities in the areas of employment, developing a critical analysis, and learning about promising innovative practices.
