Supporting Syrian Refugees: Open Intake Process

IRCC is now accepting funding proposals for the Supporting Syrian Refugees: Open Intake Process for new Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP) Centres through our online portal. This funding process is open ended and proposals will be accepted until the need for RAP Centres has been met.

Funding Information

Only currently funded Settlement Service Provider Organizations are invited to submit applications for RAP funding as per the Funding Guidelines below.

New centres may be required as early as Spring 2016 and funding will be available until March 31, 2017.

Please ensure you review the documents listed below before beginning your application:

  • The Funding Guidelines document provides information on eligible applicants, eligible clients, funding priorities and other information which is critical in properly completing your application (note: some technical tips are included within the application itself).
  • The Frequently Asked Questions are a list of questions and answers which are commonly asked by applicants. This list is updated throughout the funding process.
