IT Junior Coordinator

The IT Junior Coordinator is primarily responsible for being a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, responding to staff’s needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties. The IT Junior interacts with colleagues from various departments and management levels and works under the direction of the IT Senior coordinator on the maintenance of computer hardware, software and networks, telephones, fax and copiers.

Early Childhood Educator- Resource Consulting

At Immigrants Working Centre (IWC), we work with newcomers to Canada, recognizing them as essential partners in the growth and prosperity of our city and country. For more than 30 years, our team has worked closely with newcomers to engage and support their full social, civic and economic participation in Canada. The Early Childhood Educator, Resource Consulting works under the direction of the Care for Newcomer Children (CNC) program supervisor on the development and implementation of on-site childcare service for the participants for Caring for Newcomer Children Program.

Program Coordinator – Southeast/Southwest Ontario

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator will coordinate province-wide activities and services. This will include providing information and referral services that will empower migrant workers to exercise their rights, and are connected to community and government resources that address their needs. The Coordinator will ensure the quality and delivery of services, prepare reports, supervise staff, maintain required documentation, ensure the team is meeting all program requirements as per the organization’s set goals and targets, and represent TNO in a professional manner at all times.

Child Care Resource Teacher, RECE

The CNC Resource Teacher, RECE works under the direction of the Care for Newcomer Children (CNC) program supervisor on the development and implementation of on-site childcare service for the participants for Caring for Newcomer Children Program.

Client Service Navigator

IWC The Immigrants Working Centre – IWC Client Service Navigator works directly with newcomer clients to share information and promote uptake of different IWC programs and activities, and works with key staff to develop new, sustainable internal information and referral pathways for a hybrid service delivery model. This position requires travel to all IWC locations

On-Call CNC Child Care Worker
