NIC Settlement Resource Worker (Arabic and Spanish – speaking)

Employer LINK Coach

The Employer LINK Coach is to support employers with their recruitment, retention, and advancement of Internationally Trained Individuals, implementing EDI and cultural awareness training sessions. They will also provide one to one support to enable the knowledge exchange required for both employers and clients to leverage their skills and together create greater employment opportunities for newcomers in Niagara commiserate with their experience.

Intake Worker

The Intake Worker is the first-point of contact with all individuals seeking service at our Centre, managing requests for service, directing the flow of traffic and providing useful information in person, on the phone and by email. The Intake Worker is a passionate professional who leads with a people-first lens, and is someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced, high volume communication organization, and demonstrates strong organization and technical skills (Google Workspace). The Intake Worker is responsible for guiding all visitors to the centre and for clients, through the process of intake, needs assessment, and information provision; while remaining calm and diplomatic.

Project Manager - Healthcare Navigator Program for IEHPs

Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will lead all aspects of the project life cycle, from planning to implementation and evaluation, while working with the Project Director to set project timelines, coordinate activities, and ensure the project remains on time and on budget. The Project Manager supports and monitors project progress against metrics, timelines, and plans; actively identifies and resolves issues affecting timely and successful completion of the project, and as needed, escalates issues to the Project Director.
