Addictions Case Manager

PCHS is seeking to hire a full-time Addictions Case Manager to increase access to new intensive addiction day treatment services for youth and adults. This intensive addiction day treatment service is a partnership among the Peel Addiction Assessment Referral Centre (PAARC), Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS), and William Osler Health System (WOHS). The Addictions Case Manager will work as a multidisciplinary team member to develop services that accept and support clients receiving Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT), conduct risk and safety assessments, and support and connect the client with the community's appropriate resources. The Case Manager will also provide support to the client's family members and requires strong case management skills, group facilitation skills, and supportive counselling skills to provide care both in-person and using virtual platforms.

Integration Counsellor

Brampton Multicultural Community Centre (BMC) is a charity, established in 1987, which provides settlement and social services to newcomer, immigrant and the larger community in the Peel Region. Our mandate is to enable less advantaged individuals, families and groups in the community to achieve their potential, improve their life skills, and build their futures. The Integration Counsellor will provide a combination of settlement, case management and integration counselling services, either through one-on-one meetings or in workshop sessions, for eligible individuals and their families.

Community Connections Coordinator - Youth

Peel Multicultural Council (PMC) was established in 1977 because of the concerns arising from a Social Planning Council report on Immigrant Needs in Peel. A group of ethnic leaders joined together to facilitate positive community relations. PMC is a non-profit and charitable organization that promotes a harmonious multicultural society and its key service pillars consist of settlement and integration of newcomers to Canada, neighborhood development, health and wellness, education & training and employment support.

DEI Facilitator

The DEI Facilitator will facilitate learning sessions in a variety of formats including recorded, virtually, or -- in the future -- onsite/in person. The successful candidate will help Canadian workplaces understand our training approach and work together to create contextual and impactful learning opportunities for their staff to build their skills around a host of foundational DEI topics -- from Allyship to Anti-Racism. They will also develop highly tailored and engaging instructional content with adaptive learning methodologies.
