The Manager, Career & Women’s Services will oversee the implementation of the Preparing Women and Workplaces for Success (PWWS) pilot project, Advancing Equity for Women and Girls (AEWG) project, and other projects as assigned. Funded by the Government of Canada, both PWWS and AEWG projects identify and address specific barriers faced by racialized women across Canada and provide pre-employment and skills development supports to improve their labour market integration.

CFSPD is currently seeking a Program Supervisor for our Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy program (ICF) who will be responsible for overseeing the centralized intake department at the agency. The incumbent ensures high level program delivery, coordination, documentation and administration. responsible for the day to day running of the program.

CFSPD is the lead agency to the Safe Centre of Peel (SCoP) – a partnership of 15 social service organizations. SCoP is a safe and welcoming space where many agencies work collaboratively and integrate services to respond to victims and survivors of violence and abuse at a single location.

Addiction’s Counsellor will provide services to individuals with opioids addiction and improve the responsiveness of the health care system to opioids addiction. Responsibility of this position will be to provide brief intervention, lifestyle and personal counselling to assist clients to develop skills and manage opioids addiction/substance abuse and related problems, and/or maintain and enhance care plan. This is a mobile position, services will be provided in office setting and within the community as per service recipients’ needs.
