The Career Specialist will focus on assisting individuals who require additional pre-employment and post-employment support to find and retain employment.  The Career Specialist may provide additional coaching and mentoring in order to maintain employment or take the next steps on their career path.  The Career Specialist’s role may be required to provide part or all aspects of the Assisted Services model with a focus on the Monitoring component of the program.

In addition, will be providing services to women facing domestic abuse by providing them counselling, guidance, problem solving and support services.
