Have you ever planned to complete important task/assignment/revise for exam — and then end up lying in bed contemplating or surfing the internet for more than 5 hours? Our mental health counsellor from Skills for Change will facilitate this workshop to understand more about the procrastination cycle and see how to step-by-step create a healthier lifestyle.
