Refugee Intake Worker

JIAS Toronto is seeking a Refugee Intake Worker who will be responsible for monitoring and updating the refugee waitlist, determining program eligibility, and providing information and service referrals for JIAS Toronto. This position is the first point of contact for refugee related inquiries, including responding to administrative needs of the refugee team internally and externally. The incumbent will also be responsible for implementing administrative procedures and establishing work priorities for the intake function. This position is a full time contract position, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in person at the JIAS offices.
