We are looking for a highly flexible and detail-oriented individual for our administrative team! This role is central to our coordinated approach to housing services and supports across Waterloo Region. The position will be based out of our Cambridge and Kitchener locations. The role responds as first point of contact to clients, couples and families presenting in crisis; able to navigate crisis in the moment and develop next step for client is essential. The role also consists of database navigation, data entry as well as administrative duties with aspects of direct customer service.

We are looking for an Operations Manager who is eager to learn individual who is flexible, able to take the initiative and loves working with a wide-range of people from diverse backgrounds.
Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager oversees operations, facilities maintenance, procurement, IT and overall functionality of Reception House Waterloo Region. The individual also will be responsible to work with the Leadership Team to ensure community needs and the current strategic plan are being met.
Reception House Waterloo Region is a non-profit organization that provides settlement services to refugees in Waterloo Region. We are looking for a motivated, well-organized and experienced individual, familiar with newcomer issues and the community, to provide support to refugee families and individuals. The Casual Support Team Member will be providing assistance in a temporary accommodation residence for refugees in their initial settlement as part of its settlement services.
There is one full-time permanent Rent Support Coordinator position starting July 5, 2022 working 37.5 hours per week.
There is one full-time contract Employment Specialist position available starting June 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023 working 37.5 hours per week. Job development and/or sales experience is preferred.
