OCASI The Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants is pleased to announce a mental health webinar series on: Managing during COVID-19: A Webinar Series for Leadership & Management Teams.
With the onset of COVID-19, OCASI agencies have been challenged to transition their operations to meet the critical needs of the communities they serve while also maintaining the health and safety of their workforce. This has challenged leaders and managers to quickly adapt operations to meet the needs of clients, manage the safety and anxiety of frontline workers, and ensure short term and long-term funding needs are met.
OCASI recognizes that it is critical that leaders and managers have the support, tools, and resources they need to maintain their own psychological well-being as well as the well-being of their staff.

What equipment do I need to use to join the webinars?
All you need:
- Windows or Mac computer
- Internet connection (broadband is best)
- Microphone and speakers (built-in or USB headset) Most computers have built-in microphones and speakers, but you will get much better audio quality if you use a headset or handset.
