OCASI The Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants in collaboration with Refugee 613 invites you to join a Virtual Roundtable with Allies for Refugee Integration & Pilot Partners A community discussion on how sponsored refugees and sponsors are accessing settlement services during the pandemic and beyond.
Please join us for a virtual roundtable on Zoom (link details following registration), aimed at better supporting the collaboration between sponsors, sponsored refugees and settlement during the pandemic.
During the roundtable we will look at answering questions like:
- What has changed about how sponsored refugees and their sponsors get the connection and information they need from settlement during the pandemic?
- Are there any tools (including technology) or best practices emerging to help engage with sponsored refugees and their sponsors during the pandemic?
- What opportunities does the pandemic provide for us to enhance collaboration and strengthen the settlement experience of sponsored refugees?
