Many people have questions about how to get their family law matters addressed during COVID-19. What types of cases are the courts hearing and how are these cases being handled? How have access visits with children been affected? How can survivors of domestic violence stay safe?

They will also talk about what legal services and supports are available to people at this time. (ASL interpretation will be available.)

Speakers:

  • Katharina Janczaruk, private bar Family Lawyer
  • Pamela Cross, Legal Director, Luke's Place Support and Resource Centre
  • Tami Moscoe, Senior Family Counsel, Superior Court of Justice
