What is Integrated Employment Services (IES)?
Integrated Employment Services (IES) is an Ontario government employment-services model designed to bring employment and pre-employment supports together in a more coordinated system. It is part of Ontario’s broader Employment Services Transformation.
The model is intended to help jobseekers—including people receiving social assistance and people with more complex employment barriers—prepare for, find, and maintain employment.
