Dear Members,
With over 260 member agencies across Ontario, OCASI continues to grow and strengthen its network. To support this work, OCASI is inviting members who are interested in serving on the OCASI Membership Services Committee.
The Membership Services Committee supports and advises the OCASI Board of Directors on matters related to membership development and engagement. Its work includes reviewing membership applications, supporting outreach to prospective members, and providing recommendations on membership criteria, networking opportunities, and training initiatives that respond to the needs of OCASI’s membership.
The Committee currently includes eight members of the OCASI Board of Directors, and we are seeking to appoint up to three additional members from the general OCASI membership.
We particularly encourage members from the following organizations to consider joining:
- Non-IRCC-funded member organizations
- Organizations focused on serving refugees
The expected commitment includes quarterly meetings, with occasional communication and decision-making by email between meetings.
