The OCASI Mental Health Promotion Project (MHP) is looking to recruit qualified immigrant and refugee serving organizations who would like to implement the: Mental Health Promotion Integrated Service Delivery Model
- Model implementation will run from April 2026 - February 2027
- Application deadline: April 23, 2026
OCASI will support implementation by providing ongoing training and resources on:
- Conducting mental health needs assessments
- Establishing staff wellness activities
- Implementing peer support groups
- Developing trauma- and violence-informed policies
- Building cross-sectoral partnerships and service coordination pathways
- Enhancing staff capacity to respond to mental health needs
Your organization will be responsible for:
- Dedicating staff and management time
- Participating in ongoing capacity building activities
- Implementing a needs assessment and mental health initiatives
- Participating in evaluation and knowledge exchange activities
