BuildHER Future aims to:
- Equip internationally educated professional women (IEPW) with the industry-specific training, resources, and individualized support required to successfully transition into Ontario’s construction sector
- Bridge skills and knowledge gaps through targeted training in key areas, including Health and Safety, Sustainable Building Practices, Construction Project Coordination, and Construction Project Management
- Support participants’ labour market integration, credential recognition pathways, and long-term career advancement within the construction industry.
