Based on the high number of enquiries we have recently received from many of you in regards to the OYW, RSTP is pleased to invite you to our upcoming virtual workshop on the One Year Window (OYW) provision—a time-sensitive window of opportunity for family reunification.
If you support newcomers (resettled refugees) who wish to reunite with their family members left behind, understanding the One-Year Window (OYW) provision is essential to make sure the newcomers do not miss this opportunity to bring their family members to Canada within one year of their arrival in Canada.
