The Sister2Sister Advanced Leadership Program is designed to empower racialized newcomer women in Ontario with the skills, knowledge, and professional experience needed to thrive in today's workforce. Through leadership development, career readiness training, paid work placements, mentorship, and industry-recognized micro-credentials, this program supports participants in building meaningful careers and becoming leaders in their communities.
