Ready to Welcome: Assessing Organizational Capacity to support LGBTQI+ Refugees

Hosted by From Borders to Belonging, this webinar brings together sector leaders to examine what it means for organizations to be truly ready to support LGBTQI+ refugees.

As LGBTQI+ newcomers face layered barriers to safety and belonging, service providers must ensure their environments are affirming, intersectional, and trauma-informed. This session introduces a practical assessment framework that helps organizations evaluate and enhance their readiness. Featuring speakers from OCASI and End of the Rainbow,  the conversation will explore challenges, best practices, and opportunities for collaboration across the sector.

This is an essential learning opportunity for frontline workers, program managers, and decision-makers committed to building inclusive services that reflect the realities of LGBTQI+ forced migration.
