One full-time permanent Junior Financial Analyst position available, starting on October 27, 2025, working 37.5 hours per week.

Your Role:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Assist in the development of annual service plan (budget).
  • Analyze variances on a month-to-month and actual-to-plan basis.
  • Prepare account reconcilations on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare, process and post journal entries.
  • Support in updating projections (budget) based on actual data and information from program directors and managers.
  • The above tasks are representative but not all inclusive.

Your Talents and Experience:

  • Graduation in a recognized accounting program at the post-secondary education level and enrollment in the CGA/CMA.
  • Proficiency in computerized accounting software and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal with a diverse range of people.
  • Proven ability to achieve high levels of customer service.
