Bridging Training Program for Early Childhood Education Careers is a free 10-week, in-person program designed to support skilled newcomers as they transition into Ontario’s childcare sector. Participants receive sector-specific training, workplace certifications (including First Aid/CPR and Food Handling), and one-on-one coaching to strengthen their job readiness.
