The OCASI Mental Health Promotion Knowledge Exchange 2023 virtual event consisted of a morning session dedicated to discussing the OCASI Mental Health Promotion project, exploring its recent accomplishments, challenges, and lessons learned with implementing the Mental Health Promotion Integrated Service Model at immigrant and refugee serving organizations. The two afternoon sessions were on Trauma-& Violence-Informed Care (TVIC). The first webinar provided an introduction to TVIC approaches. The second webinar, formatted as a panel discussion, focused on the implementation of TVIC and practical implications for the Settlement Sector.
