This online, self-paced, free course is intended for nonprofit staff and volunteers who help clients with tech support, cybersafety training, digital skills, online banking/shopping, accessing government resources online, etc. It provides real-life examples of how to support your clients by instilling privacy and security best practices. Included is a list of training topics to be sure to cover with your clients based on their demographic (seniors vs teens for example) and common but misleading advice we often hear from well-intentioned community group staff and volunteers.
