Organizations accepted based on this initial application will then be invited for a brief 30-minute interview with the Cyber Clinic staff to ensure the program is the right fit.

How Your Application Will Be Assessed

You will be asked to confirm your organization’s eligibility. After passing the eligibility screen, your organization will be scored based on several key criteria, including:

1. Cybersecurity maturity (how advanced your cybersecurity practices are);
2. Resourcing (your organization’s budget and staffing levels);
3. Capacity to implement cybersecurity improvements; and
4. Commitment from senior leadership and the board of directors.

This evaluation will help determine whether your organization is a good fit for the program.

1. Be honest and clear in your responses. The application is designed to assess your needs and suitability for the program
2. Ensure all necessary fields are filled out completely before submitting your application
3. Take your time to review your answers. Double-check for any errors or omissions

Key Dates

1. Friday, September 11: Applications close
2. Monday, September 14 - Friday, September 18: Client interviews with Clinic Staff
3. Tuesday, September 22: Clients selected
4. Wednesday, September 23 - Friday, October 2: Contracting and Client Intake Meeting with Clinic Staff
5. Friday, October 16: Clients matched with consulting teams
6. Monday, October 26 to Friday, November 27: Cybersecurity Action Plan projects delivered
