Mental Health and Coping during COVID-19 (Free workshop)
Struggling with anxiety during COVID-19 pandemic? You're not alone. During this time of increased uncertainty and rapid change, constant stress and anxiety can be overwhelming and difficult. In this session, the participants will learn the strategies to maintain anxiety during the pandemic to be aware of how to manage your thoughts and emotions, and not be controlled by your anxiety. This workshop would also provide some information to mental health resources available. Our mental health counsellor from Skills for Change will facilitate this workshop.
