Asylum Program Division of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will be offering additional technical briefings on refugee claim processes in 2025. The technical briefing was developed to help front-line workers and government organizations gain a better understanding of the procedures involved in processing refugee claims submitted by asylum seekers, as well as the supports and services they may be able to access while their claim is being processed.
Please note that the information sessions are geared towards front-line workers and public servants from various community organizations and municipal, provincial, and other governmental organizations who work with asylum seekers.
