During this workshop, we will present the support model developed by AFÉSEO to facilitate international recruitment in Francophone early childhood education. From the initial selection of candidates to their professional and community integration, we will share the tools, strategies and partnerships implemented to prepare recruits, support employers and promote sustainable matches. Finally, we will highlight the key lessons learned from this experience and practices that can inspire other organizations seeking to strengthen their recruitment, onboarding, and integration approaches.
