During this webinar participants will learn to:
- Recognize the importance of access to benefits for Canadians living on low income.
- Identify how they can support Canadians living on low income to access benefits they are entitled to.
- Use the Benefits Wayfinder (a free online tool that simplifies the search for government benefits) in conversations using an effective strategy tailored to the individual they are working with.
Participants will receive the following resources as part of the training:
- A copy of the PowerPoint slide deck used in the workshop
- A copy of the Benefits Wayfinder support guide
- A recording of the webinar
