Through the PET Program, OCASI aims to make funding available to organizations and their individual staff. Staff can take individual course/s at any institution of their choice and participate in In-house group professional development training to improve settlement services by addressing gaps in skills, knowledge, and attitudes of service providers within each participating agency.
