OCMS - OCASI Client Management System (for the Immigrant and Refugee Serving Sector)

Summary

The OCASI Client Management System (OCMS) is a powerful and sophisticated website that can be used by multi-service agencies across Canada to record and retrieve important client information while generating detailed real-time reports on individual and group activities.

OCMS is bilingual and has a robust knowledge base of how-to articles, monthly Q&A sessions, bulk iCARE upload reviews, and support. New clients receive comprehensive onboarding through live online training conducted in English; translation into French is available upon request. Your organization gains access to microlearning modules and certificate-based training available exclusively on LearnAtWork.ca.
