OCASI was formed in 1978 to act as a collective voice for im/migrant serving agencies and to coordinate responses to shared needs and concerns.
Im/migrant and refugees can be eligible for services and programs provided to the public by various levels of government (federal, provincial or municipal) but eligibility criteria, application processes and other details can vary.
