MENTAL HEALTH LITERACY SESSIONS

Community Care Durham’s WeConnect Mental Health and Wellness Program is facilitating free Mental Health Literacy Sessions for newcomers across Durham Region and online. These sessions will cover topics such as unhelpful thinking, grounding techniques, depression, panic attacks, and coping with change. These sessions aim to help newcomers learn simple tools to manage stress, build resilience, understand mental health, and connect with local supports. Register for sessions
