You are invited to attend an event co-hosted by the City of Toronto’s Newcomer Office and the Réseau en immigration francophone du Centre-Sud-Ouest de l’Ontario (RIFCSO) on Tuesday, October 28 at Metro Hall.
On the agenda:
In the morning, presentations will focus on:
- The lived experiences of Francophone immigrants in Toronto
- The current state of the Francophone settlement sector in Toronto
- Concrete examples of intersectoral collaboration
In the afternoon, interactive workshops will bring together Francophone and Anglophone service providers to:
- Foster stronger collaboration between the two sectors
- Identify service gaps
- Explore ways to collectively improve the welcome and support provided to Francophone newcomers
