OCASI cordially invites you to join us for our 48th Annual General Meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend, either in person or online.
Join us for a panel discussion bringing together leaders from across the immigrant and refugee-serving sector to reflect on the question, “How do we survive this time?” and explore how our sector should respond to the current political moment. The AGM will also include a commemoration of Howard “Howy” Sinclair-Jones, the election of OCASI Board Directors, and more.
Voting eligibility
Only OCASI Full Member Agencies in good standing as of October 26, 2026, are eligible to vote. An agency is in good standing if its membership fees have been paid or another arrangement has been confirmed with OCASI.
Each eligible agency may designate only one person to vote on its behalf.
If your agency cannot pay its membership fees by October 26, plans to bring a cheque to the AGM, or needs to discuss another arrangement, please contact Metin Gun at mgun@ocasi.org before the deadline. Arrangements must be confirmed in advance for the agency’s voting delegate to be eligible to vote.
