Join OCASI PSI on Trans Day of Visibility for a webinar / workshop hybrid intended for settlement service providers as well as 2SLGBTQIA+ immigrants, refugees, non-status, and asylum seekers in Ontario.
In this two-hour virtual webinar, we will collectively read maps, poetry, and excerpts of lived experiences, sharing stories of migration, displacement, and home from global south/ global majority perspectives of sexuality and gender diversity. You will be guided through writing prompts and encouraged to express yourself creatively in whatever genre works for you!
OCASI PSI aims to amplify the voices of gender and sexuality diversity that exist outside of western / global north experiences. Using the power and tools of creative writing, we will individually and collectively express intimate relationships between gender and migration.
