MEHAR is a nonprofit organization committed to spreading awareness around mental and emotional health through art. We aim to create artistic projects such as short films and theatre productions to utilize the transformative power of art to build an informed and supportive community for people living with the challenges of mental illness and addictions.

We have created several short films to educate our audience on the complex mental health conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, addictions, depression and anxiety disorders. On October 10th, MEHAR will screen 3 short films and present a special speaker to relay a message of hope and recovery.

There is no cost to attend the event but donations are most welcome.
