• Governance Support: Act as a liaison to the Board of Directors, supporting governance and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a passionate, strategic leader with a deep understanding of the newcomer experience and the complexities of the non-profit landscape. Adept in government relations, stakeholder engagement, and community building, the candidate brings a commitment to advocacy, equity, and inclusion. With a collaborative leadership style and the ability to drive innovation, they foster partnerships that enhance service delivery and amplify NCP’s impact.
