OCASI is working with Evenings & Weekends Consulting to reimagine this self-guided online training, which supports frontline workers in delivering effective, youth-centered services for newcomer youth across Ontario.

Why Your Participation Matters
As newcomer youth, frontline workers, community partners, or members of the SYNC Advisory Committee, your insights are essential. Your experiences, observations, and aspirations will directly inform the development of the new SYNC learning modules.
All feedback gathered through this survey will be applied to strengthen and update the course content, ensuring that it reflects current needs, barriers, and opportunities in youth settlement work.
