Supports to Engage Newcomers Digitally (SEND) Project Looking for Participants

The Supports to Engage Newcomers Digitally (SEND) project helps newcomer-serving organizations across Ontario increase their ability to communicate with newcomers through digital tools such as WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, Signal, and Facebook Messenger.
Funded by Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada and led by ACCES Employment in collaboration with Catholic Crosscultural Services, Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants and Refugee 613, SEND empowers organizations to innovate, build digital capacity, and enhance client engagement by engaging newcomers on the platforms that they are already using.
