It is our pleasure to invite you to a virtual Victim Support Directory (VSD) information session. The VSD is Ontario’s first stop for housing, legal, financial, health, and crisis support. The website was updated in 2025 and we are excited to bring the new look and features to your attention. We will explain how to navigate and use the site, including a live site demonstration and question session. Join us to learn how you can use and recommend the Victim Support Directory for those in need.

Findhelp wants to ensure that people experiencing violence or abuse know that help is available 24/7. The Victim Support Directory is operated by Findhelp and funded by the Government of Ontario. It connects people to crisis support, helplines, shelters, and resources in their communities. It also connects people with trained Service Navigators 24/7 in 170+ languages.
