The Centre for Equality Rights in Accommodation - CERA provides free services to tenants facing eviction and human rights violations in their housing, and we are experts in these fields.

In response to the demonstrated need for increased assistance for people facing eviction in Ontario, in 2019 CERA received funding from the Law Foundation of Ontario to study service gaps at the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) and to identify strategic responses to these gaps for non-legal workers and advocates.
