First Work – in partnership and with support from HTA75 – is providing a unique, FREE opportunity for Indigenous youth (18-29) in the Greater Toronto Area and Durham Region.
Future Ready Youth is a lifechanging career launchpad in two parts:
Pre-employment training provided by First Work will contain scenario-based learning and workshops that will allow for one-on-one guidance, peer support, and collaboration. The curriculum offers hands-on experiences and career guidance to prepare students for the challenges and opportunities they'll encounter in the workforce.
Specialized career training from HTA75 in one of three fields: Housekeeping, Front of House, or Culinary
