The Wired: Evaluating Settlement Online (WESO), an IRCC-funded SDI project located at the YMCA of the National Capital Region (Ottawa), would like to introduce you to our research-based evaluation toolkit for settlement organizations to help you measure and improve the quality of your hybrid services delivery.
The Quality Assessment Toolkit for Hybrid Settlement Services in Canada Toolkit Training starts this June, and we’d love to see you there.
This training will be held entirely online and will be available for free to all front-line staff, program managers and decision-makers at Settlement Service Provider Organizations.
What’s in it for you?
Learn how to use a quality assessment tool to improve your hybrid services quality.
Advance your professional growth by developing your data collection, research methodology, and statistical analysis skills to better evaluate your hybrid services.
Discover your optimal allocation for your organization resources to what matters the most, to improve and sustain your customer satisfaction.
A certificate of completion will be provided upon the successful completion of the program.
Join other settlement service provider organizations in leading the way for a new performance measurement evaluation toolkit training.
