Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants invites qualified individuals or organizations to submit a proposal to update and redevelop the content of its Serving Youth in Newcomer Communities (SYNC), a self-directed e-learning course offered in both English and French.
Call for Proposal: Content Developer – Serving Youth in Newcomer Communities (SYNC) Training Course
The SYNC course is part of OCASI’s Professional Development and Training Program, funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The course is designed to provide professional development opportunities for settlement sector employees across Ontario who work with immigrant and refugee youth aged 13 to 24.
We require a detailed proposal with a cost estimate and projected timelines for the project that includes the stated deliverables as outlined in the Request for Proposal document.

Please submit your completed application no later than September 8, 2025 by 5pm to RFPCapacity@ocasi.org with the subject line “Proposal – SYNC Content Development”

OCASI is committed to supporting the settlement sector to create welcoming, positive and inclusive spaces. This course will allow settlement sector employees to acquire new skills and knowledge in service provision areas for immigrants and refugees within the settlement sector.
