Two OCASI Client Management System (OCMS) Free Licenses

OCASI invites eligible member agencies to submit an application for a free OCMS license for up to five years that will include access to a maximum of five users. For the purpose of the OCMS call for applications, "smaller agencies" is defined as agencies with yearly budgets below $1 Million.

About OCMS:

OCMS is a cloud-based system that gives agencies control of their data. We invite you to take advantage of the key features of our service.

  • Detailed real-time reports on individual and group activities that can be easily exported in a variety of formats for direct submission to iCARE or for further analysis.
  • Online videos including professional care by our support staff that include monthly Q & A webinars.
  • Everything is online, no need to download or install any programs.
  • OCMS is available in English and French
  • All new OCMS agencies receive a comprehensive online training session, access to microlearning modules, our extensive knowledge base and a complete certificate-based training. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

This opportunity is open to any OCASI member agency that: 

  • Is a member agency in good standing
  • Has been in operation in Ontario for at least three years
  • Has a yearly budget below $1 million
  • Has the technical requirements needed to access and use OCMS
  • Has financial statements approved by the Board of Directors 

Please note: The awarded agencies of the two OCMS free licenses will need to confirm that their annual funding budget is under $1 million every year for five consecutive years. If funding increases to more than $1 million a year, the agency will lose the option to use the system at no charge and will need to pay OCMS regular fees or lose access.

What you need to know before you apply:

  • Qualifying agencies must have the basic requirements to be able to use OCMS.
  • Agencies will be required to attach to their application form, a financial statement for one (1) year, the list of current serving board members and a signed board acknowledgment form. 
  • An email acknowledging receipt of the application will be sent to all applicants.
  • No extensions will be granted. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered by OCASI.
  • Limited to one (1) application per agency.
  • Applicants must submit via the Application Form online. If this method poses any issues or challenges, agencies must notify OCASI as soon as possible.
  • Submit early: It is strongly recommended that you submit your application early.

Review & Decisions

The OCASI Support Fund Review Panel, composed of OCASI board directors and member agencies, will review applications and will make the final decision.

Allocation of Free Licenses:

Once the license allocation decisions has been made, OCASI will notify all applicant agencies of the results and arrangements will be made with the successful applicants.
