You are invited to participate in an important online survey for a research study on workplace stress and mental well-being in the settlement sector in Ontario. This survey aims to identify factors that affect job satisfaction, workplace stress and overall mental health in various organizational settings and explore strategies to enhance staff mental health.
This project is being led by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Toronto branch and the Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants (OCASI).
Please note: If your organization or staff have already completed this survey earlier (as part of our Toronto-focused rollout from November 2024 to February 2025), we kindly ask that you do not participate again to avoid duplicate responses.
Why Your Participation Matters: Your insights are invaluable in helping us understand the experiences and well-being of employees of settlement services like yourself. By sharing your insights, you will contribute to important research that aims to improve workplace conditions and mental health support in your field.
Eligibility Criteria: To participate in this survey, you must be currently employed by a settlement service organization in Ontario.
The survey will take approximately 8-10 minutes to complete and can be completed on or before November 20, 2025. We are aiming for a target of 400-600 participants. Participation is voluntary, and your responses will remain anonymous and confidential.
