Workplace sexual harassment can involve unwanted comments, behaviour, or images of a sexual nature. It is harassment based on a person’s sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.

This webinar will help community workers understand what sexual harassment at work looks like and how to support clients who may be experiencing it.

This webinar covers:

  • what sexual harassment means under Ontario laws
  • the types of sexual harassment at work
  • behaviours that are workplace sexual harassment
  • what employers must do to keep workers safe
  • how a person can report sexual harassment
  • how community workers can help clients access supports and legal help
  • the SHAPE Project’s free legal advice hotline and how workers can access it

ASL interpretation will be available.

This webinar will be recorded and available online later.
